Garlic ponzu is the magic sauce that goes with many things...steak, fried fish, sake sashimi, generally anything oily. You should try it some time.
Reid,
Yea I made this at home. I first had this at my friend's bar, Tsunamis. I just seasoned it, floured it and deep fried it. It came out very good. Very crispy and very moist. Of course the magic garlic ponzu complimented it perfectly.

Hi Jup,
Did you make this at home? The last time I had moi was a Blue Tropix when they first opened. It was fried really crispy and it was so delicious!
